Vibhu Dalal


About me

I am a second-year Master’s student in Applied Mathematics (M2 MVA) at École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, and a recipient of the Sophie Germain Excellence Scholarship. I completed the first year of my Master’s at Université Paris Cité, where I received the Smarts-Up Excellence Scholarship.

I’ve previously gained research and industry experience in machine learning, computer vision, and applied mathematics. Most recently, I completed a research internship at Sorbonne University in percolation theory. Prior to that, I did remote research internships at DREAM Lab, run by Dr. Haohan Wang at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and at Dr. Min Xu’s lab at Carnegie Mellon University. I have also worked remotely as a Machine Learning Engineer at Neptune Technologies LLC, a fintech company in Florida, and previously interned at Telekinesis AI, a robotics and AI startup at TU Darmstadt. I graduated from the Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.
